The Flavor of Healing

Image
Before this was a business, it was a question. Not a clear one. Not something so easily solved. Just a quiet, and persistent feeling that something wasn’t being heard.  It didn’t start with answers, just a plant, and a feeling.  A cup of something warm in my hands, the kind of moment where nothing dramatic happens, but something shifts anyway. Where you realize healing might not always be loud, or immediate. But it’s there, in smaller ways   Healing didn’t come from a bottle. It came from paying attention.  To the body.  To the way certain days that feel harder than others.  To the small signals we’re taught to ignore.   And slowly, what started as a question, became something else.  A practice, a rhythm, a way of caring. And maybe you’ve felt that too. That sense that your body is asking for something different. Something softer, more in tune.  This space is for that kind of listening.
